For many years research has shown Mg deficit to be strongly related to all aspects of heart disease, including arrhythmias, irregular heartbeats, angina, ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, coronary heart disease and the risk factors for heart disease such as hypertension and high cholesterol.
